How to Submit an IT Help Desk Ticket

To submit an IT Help Desk ticket, go to and follow the instructions below:

Step 1: If you're logging in from a district computer, you may be automatically logged in. Otherwise, log in with your district credentials and leave the Domain as "GUSD".

Step 2: Click on the envelope icon or the "Submit an Incident" title.

Step 3: Complete the form with as much information as possible. Once submitted, you will be notified via email of the current status of the ticket. You can also view the history/calendar of that ticket (see Step 2).
